JD AND ASSOCIATES CONSULTANCY Ltd has conducted GALS trainings among GALS Champions of change in Rwanda since 2014. The company brings proven expertise in Gender Empowerment through the application of the GALS (Gender Action Learning Systems): Champions of Change methodologyWith extensive experience working alongside community groups, cooperatives, and development partners, we facilitate GALS processes that translate gender equality into measurable social and economic outcomes. 

Our approach is rooted in participatory learning and action, enabling women and men to jointly analyse household and community dynamics, identify inequalities, and co-create practical pathways toward shared prosperity. Through structured tools such as the Vision Journey, Equity Tree, and Empowerment and Leadership Map, we support families and communities to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and inclusive decision-making.

Our expertise ensures that gender transformation is not treated as a stand-alone concept, but as a catalyst for improved livelihoods, harmonious households, and sustainable community development—where women and men become true champions of change.
