JD & Associates played a key role in formulating the City of Kigali Development Strategy, ensuring alignment with national frameworks including NST2 and Vision 2050.

The strategy outlines priorities for urban development, resilience, governance, and economic transformation in the capital city.

The assignment also integrated agriculture insurance and sector planning into performance contracts (Imihigo).

JD & Associates provided strategic direction, sector analysis, and actionable recommendations to support Kigali’s long-term development goals.

JD & Associates’ structured and practical training approach also supported NAEB’s long-term strategy of modernizing Rwanda’s coffee sector and boosting national export performance.
