JD & Associates led the development of the 2021–2026 Strategic Plan for Mbarara Referral Hospital, focusing on strengthening health governance, service delivery, and institutional efficiency.
The assignment involved analysis of Uganda’s health policies, stakeholder consultations, and assessment of the hospital’s operational systems.
The team created a comprehensive planning framework aligned with national priorities and global health standards.
The strategy provided the hospital with innovative pathways to enhance service quality, mobilize resources, and partner with stakeholders.
JD & Associates also developed a roadmap with clear indicators, responsibilities, and monitoring mechanisms, ensuring the hospital had a structured, realistic, and actionable plan for the next five years.
